Quotes and orders

How do I request a quotation?

Use Request a Quote and tell us your company name, email, delivery country and requirement. Add the product or application, quantity and dimensions where known. A drawing or existing equipment reference can help explain the requirement. Choose one of the eleven product families, or select Other / Not sure if you are still deciding.

Why are prices not listed on the website?

Our products are quoted against the specification, quantity, customization, packaging and delivery arrangement. The written quotation sets out the proposed price and supply scope. Sending an inquiry is not a payment, an order confirmation or an acceptance of an order.

Can I inquire about several products or a product I cannot identify?

Yes. Select Other / Not sure and describe the application or include a project list. You can also use the product catalog to find the closest family. You do not need to identify every component before starting an inquiry; the specification and included items must be clarified before the order is agreed.

Can I request samples or a small initial order?

Include the product, required quantity and what you need to check, such as fit, color or surface finish. Sample availability, any tooling, charges, freight and minimum order requirements depend on the proposed item and must be stated in the quotation. A sample or small order is not assumed to be free or available for every product.

Manufacturing and technical requirements

Does FIBROVX have its own factory, and can products be customized?

FIBROVX operates its own factory and supplies FRP / GRP products and environmental equipment. We can discuss dimensions, drawings and project-specific requirements. The manufacturing or supply arrangement, feasible customization and included components are confirmed for the particular product and order. Learn about FIBROVX.

What technical information should I provide?

Start with the application and the information you already have. For grating and access products, useful details include dimensions, support spans, loads, fixing arrangements and exposure conditions. For tanks, pipes and process equipment, include the medium, operating conditions, connections and required duty where known. A panel depth or photograph alone does not establish suitability. See Technical Resources for the inquiry checklist.

Can you provide drawings, test reports or certificates?

Tell us which documents and standards your project requires when you inquire. Availability and relevance must be checked for the actual product, specification and supply scope before an order is agreed. A general website statement or factory photograph does not establish product compliance. Any agreed documentation should be identified in the written quotation or order documents.

How are drawings and specifications approved?

Identify the drawing number, revision and specification that will govern the order. Agree who approves them and which details remain open before production is released. If dimensions, materials or interfaces change after approval, record the revised scope and any timing or price effect in writing.

How do I specify inspection and shipment documents?

List the required inspections, acceptance criteria, witness or hold points and documents with the inquiry. Distinguish product test records from commercial shipping documents. Confirm which reports, drawings, invoice, packing list, transport document or origin documents apply, who provides them and when they are due; availability is specific to the order.

Shipping and trade terms

What are your default shipping terms?

For sea shipments, our default quotation basis is CIF to an agreed destination port. FOB at an agreed port of shipment in China is available on request. The written quotation identifies the selected term, the specific named port and Incoterms® 2020. Confirm the terms for your order before arranging transport or payment.

What does a CIF quotation include?

Under CIF, FIBROVX arranges and pays for the agreed ocean freight and cargo insurance to the named destination port. The buyer handles import clearance, import duties and taxes, and onward inland delivery. Check the quotation for the insurance cover and the allocation of unloading, terminal and other destination charges; do not assume that every local charge or a higher level of insurance is included.

When does transport risk transfer under CIF or FOB?

For both CIF and FOB, risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are on board the vessel at the port of shipment. Under CIF, the seller paying freight and insurance to the destination port does not move that risk-transfer point to the destination. The quotation should distinguish the agreed transport costs from the delivery and risk arrangements.

What if I do not know the port or need a different transport arrangement?

Start with the delivery country and add a city, port or receiving location if known. We can discuss the destination details as the inquiry develops. CIF and FOB are sea and inland-waterway rules; a non-sea shipment or a different handover arrangement requires an appropriate term agreed in the written quotation. No transport service or delivery schedule is confirmed merely by submitting an inquiry.

Payment and order follow-up

How are payment and production timing agreed?

The payment method, currency, schedule and order-specific production timing are confirmed in the agreed quotation or order documents. Technical approval, materials, customization, packaging and transport arrangements may affect the schedule. Production estimates and transit estimates cover different stages and should be reviewed separately.

How do I follow up on an inquiry or report an order issue?

Email q234032705@gmail.com with the product or project name and any quotation or order reference. For a goods issue, identify the item and quantity affected, describe what differs from the agreed specification, and attach photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. Retain delivery records and the relevant packaging. Ask for handling or return instructions before altering or sending back affected goods. Any resolution is assessed against the agreed order details and the evidence supplied.

Ready to discuss your requirement?
