International Ordering and Delivery
Delivery arrangements are reviewed for the product, quantity, packaging and destination. The written quotation or order documents set out the agreed supply and delivery scope.
Start with the destination
Include the location and the type of goods in your enquiry so the delivery requirements can be discussed together with the product specification.
- Delivery country and, where known, the city, port or full delivery location.
- Product dimensions, quantities and any large panels, long profiles, tanks or equipment.
- Site access, lifting, unloading, delivery-booking or other receiving restrictions.
Confirm what the quotation includes
Packaging and handling
Discuss the packaging arrangement for the actual goods, handling method and transport route. Confirm any packing, marking or documentation requirements before the order details are agreed.
Delivery terms and responsibilities
Check the agreed delivery point and transport scope. If an Incoterm is proposed, confirm the term and named place, together with the responsibilities for import clearance, duties, taxes, insurance and unloading.
Production and transport timing
Timing is confirmed for the individual order. Technical approval, materials, packing and transport arrangements may affect the schedule. Production and transit estimates cover different stages and should be reviewed separately.
Receiving the goods
Check that the delivery location can receive and unload the agreed packaging and dimensions. For an order query, keep the order reference and relevant photographs and contact the sales email shown on this website.
Send the product requirement and destination to discuss the available supply and delivery arrangement.
